Do you come to my home?
We come right to you for the ultimate in security and privacyDo you set up a service time that is more precise than the 3-4 hours the phone and cable companies require you to allow?
YES – we set an exact time and ask for 15 minutes either side – i.e. 10:00 scheduled time – we could show up between 9:45 or 10:15.Do you shred On-Site?
YES – only on-site so you can witness everything being destroyed before we leaveCan I watch the material being shred?
YES – we encourage our clients togo out to the truck and watch it being shredDo I have to remove staples, paperclips, alligator clips or rubber bands?
NO – only very large, thick metal needs to be removed i.e – 3-ring binder etc.What does Residential Shred, LLC do with the paper after it is recycled?
The paper is baled and sent to a papermill where 100% is RECYCLED and used to make tissue paper, toilet paper and paper towelsHow long does it take to get into your schedule?
Typically within 2-3 days (maybe sooner)Will you provide containers for us to put our confidential/recycle into?
YES – Regular Service Clients will have free use of locking containers – if you are cleaning out a large quantity you can also request containers to help with the clean outIs Residential Shred, LLC Bonded and Insured?

Our On-Site shredding truck shreds approximately 75 pounds PER MINUTEWhat are your hours of Operation?
M-F 8:00-6:00, Saturday 9:00-4:00 (Special Times are available upon request)Do you shred other items besides paper?
Prescription bottles, CD’s, DVD’s, floppy discs, x-rays, file folders, computer print outs, magazines, flyers, brochures, credit cards and all types of envelopesCan I keep my boxes?
YES – we will take boxes for a small fee if desiredDo we pay upon completion or can you bill me?

YES – just give us a call and we will try and determine what your cost will be – if it is a very large quantity (20+ boxes or bags) we can send a Company Representative to give an exact cost estimate – also at no chargeWhat is your service area?
